Paul, Basil and Tony Policaro, the owners of Acura 2000, believed in the product and the company`s commitment to building vehicles of the highest quality and value. As a result, they founded Acura 2000, one of the first Acura dealerships in Canada. Much has changed over the years. But much has remained the same as Acura continues to set the benchmark for luxury cars and exceed their customers` expectations at every turn. Because, like our dealership, Acura is a company of great automobiles and people totally committed to their customers.

The Acura Client Excellence Award program was developed in 1995 to recognize Acura dealerships across Canada who are dedicated and focused on excellence in all areas of their business. The ACE award is a definitive symbol of excellence and is the direct result of the entire dealership team working together to exceed customer expectations. Acura 2000 is the only dealer to receive the Acura Client Excellence an impressive nine times, with the most recent being in 2009.
